Provisan Body Balance is a fiber-rich granule containing glucomannan from konjac, galactomannan from guar, green coffee extract, and chromium.
The granules are taken directly and then transported to the stomach with sufficient liquid.
Weight control with glucomannan
Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a calorie-restricted diet.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three portions of 1 g each. Each portion must be taken before a meal with 1–2 glasses of water and as part of a calorie-restricted diet.
One Provisan Body Balance stickpack contains 1 g of glucomannan.
Chromium and metabolism
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
The recommended daily amount of 3 stickpacks contains 40 µg of chromium, thereby covering 100% of the nutrient reference value.
Maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels
Guar gum contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of guar gum.
Three stickpacks contain a total of 10 g of galactomannan from guar.
Glucomannan also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. This corresponds to 4 Provisan Body Balance stickpacks.
Why granules instead of powder?
Glucomannan and galactomannan form a thick mass when they come into contact with water. The ingredients in Provisan Body Balance have therefore been granulated. The granules dissolve more slowly in water.
It must be taken directly with plenty of liquid. This allows the granules to reach the stomach and dissolve there gradually.

Galactomannan (guar), glucomannan (konjac), potato flour, potato fibre, apple powder, green coffee extract, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, potato starch, chromium(III) chloride.
Recommended intake
Take Provisan Body Balance Granules directly without dissolving them beforehand.
Take 1 stick pack of 7.14 g three times daily with 1–2 glasses of low-calorie liquid, such as water or tea, approximately 15 minutes before a meal.
If needed, intake can be increased to 2 stick packs three times daily. Drink 2–4 glasses of water each time.
Recommended daily amount: 3 stick packs or 21.4 g.
Maximum daily amount: 6 stick packs or 42.8 g.
