What is coenzyme Q10?
Coenzymes Q are molecules that form a ring-shaped structure known as a quinone structure. Since these substances occur naturally in all living cells, they are known as ubiquinones. The Latin «ubi» means «everywhere».
Coenzymes Q1 to Q10 are known to occur in nature. Coenzyme Q10 is a substance produced by the body and is present in the cells of the human organism.
Properties of L-carnitine
L-carnitine is partly produced by the body itself and is also obtained through food.
The body requires the amino acids methionine and lysine, as well as iron and vitamins C, B6 and niacin, to produce carnitine.

Bulking agent guar gum, 38% L-carnitine L-tartrate, potato starch, 3.1% coenzyme Q10, anti-caking agent E 470 b, stabiliser acacia gum, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, antioxidant extracts rich in tocopherols.
Recommended intake - granules
Stir 1 measuring spoon of granules daily, corresponding to approximately 1 g, into a liquid or soft food and consume promptly afterwards.

Bulking agent guar gum, hard capsule made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and calcium carbonate, L-carnitine L-tartrate (19.6%), calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, potato starch, coenzyme Q10 (1.6%), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, potato fibres, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, stabiliser acacia gum, antioxidant D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
Recommended intake - capsules
Take 1 capsule three times daily, unchewed, with a little liquid.
Contents - capsules
120 capsules, 60 g in total - sufficient for 40 days when taken as recommended.
