Provisan Omega-3 Fish Oil contains 98% omega-3-enriched fish oil. The liquid form can be portioned using the small measuring spoon.
What are omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids?
Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids. This fish oil provides, among others, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of combined EPA and DHA.
Recommended intake
Take 2.5 ml three times daily. This corresponds to a total daily intake of 7.5 ml.
1 serving: 1 small measuring spoon containing approximately 2.5 ml.
The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
