Description

Provisan Gelatine HD-10 Powder consists of hydrolysed edible gelatine from beef. Through hydrolysis, the collagen protein is broken down.

The powder does not swell and can be stirred into water, juice, yoghurt or other suitable foods.

Proteins contribute to:

  • an increase in muscle mass

Recommended intake

Take 1 to 3 teaspoons 1 to 3 times daily.

One teaspoon corresponds to approx. 3 g. Thus, 3-9 g are used per serving.

Stir the powder into water, juice or yoghurt, for example, and then consume.

The maximum recommended daily amount is 9 teaspoons or 27 g.
