Tommaso Masciantonio's olive mix combines two different olive varieties: the green-harvested Intosso olives have a crisp bite and a nutty flavour. The smaller, ripe-harvested Leccino olives complement the mix with soft flesh and fruity aromas.

The olives are preserved whole with their stones in brine.

Use

Serve on its own as an aperitif, as part of an antipasti platter or as a small snack between meals.

The olive mix is also suitable for refining pasta, fish and meat dishes. For use in dishes, remove the stones beforehand as needed.
