Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, zinc gluconate, iron(II) fumarate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, choline, papain, spirulina, nicotinamide, beta-carotene, inositol, manganese gluconate, vitamin D3, pantothenic acid, copper gluconate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate, pteroylglutamic acid, sodium selenite, menaquinone, biotin, methylcobalamin, capsule shell made of cellulose.
Nutritional values per daily dose:
2 capsules provide vitamins A, C, D3, E, K2, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, and folic acid, as well as calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, iron, chromium, choline, inositol, papain, and spirulina, according to the label.
