The Heidelberger’s 7 Herb Star is a traditional mixture of seven finely ground herbs based on the recipe by Bertrand Heidelberger.

The herbal mixture combines burnet, wormwood, caraway, anise, fennel, yarrow and juniper.

The selected herbs give the mixture its characteristic bitter, spicy taste.
