The Haarvital capsules combine selected plant extracts with biotin and the trace elements zinc, selenium and copper.

One daily serving of 1 capsule contains 120 µg biotin, 5.3 mg zinc, 20 µg selenium and 0.3 mg copper.

The formula is complemented by millet, bamboo, horsetail and pumpkin seed extracts.
