BioClean is a powerful disinfectant based on 0.3% chlorine dioxide, specially developed for the reliable disinfection of drinking water, fruit, vegetables, tableware, surfaces and even algae control. It is ideal for use at home, while traveling, camping, trekking or outdoors.

According to studies, BioClean removes 99.9999% of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens – efficiently, quickly and without residues.

Versatile use – safe to take anywhere

Drinking water disinfection:

0.7 ml per liter of water is sufficient – after 20 minutes, the water is germ-free and safe to drink.

Surface cleaning:

Apply BioClean directly or distribute with a cloth – germ-free after 1 minute.

Other areas of use:

Recommended use

Drinking water:

12–18 drops (0.7 ml) per liter. After 20 minutes stored in the dark, the water is ready to drink.

Surfaces:

Shelf life & safety

  • Shelf life: 6 months (unopened, dark, < 11 °C)

  • Once colorless and odorless: effectiveness decreases

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • Do not apply to textiles or iron (bleaching effect, risk of rust)

  • Always use biocides with caution – read the label & instructions

Consumption & costs

  • 100 ml = disinfects approx. 140 liters of water

  • Cost per liter of water: CHF 0.20–0.30
