The organic MCT oil is made from organic coconut fat and consists of the two medium-chain fatty acids caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).
The composition is 60% C8 and 40% C10.
MCT stands for “Medium Chain Triglycerides” and refers to medium-chain triglycerides. The oil is neutral in taste and odor, making it versatile for everyday cooking.
Mechanical and thermal processes are used for production. No chemical treatment is used.
