AMERIUS combines three traditional olive varieties from Abruzzo. Its distinctive aroma profile complements dishes in which the olive oil's flavor should stand out - for example, on bruschetta, grilled vegetables or matured cheese.

Storage

AMERIUS received gold at the European International Olive Oil Competition (EIOOC) 2023 in Geneva, with the award «Best in Show».

MITERA also publishes a DNA analysis report by BioCoS on the varietal composition of AMERIUS. The report refers to the analyzed batch from the 2024/25 harvest.
